Mod Request: Gun inspection

In the gameplay reveal from 2018 you can see V check the pistol to see if it's loaded before she enters the room. (no spoilers) I just did a mission and it gave me a pistol, I was able to press left click and it did that same animation of checking the pistol if it's loaded. I am wondering, if it's possible to do this on demand, would really up the immersion. I'd be fine if it was just for pistols but makes me wonder if every gun has that inspection animation. I'd settle for the equip animation too.

How I did it: The mission forced me unable to fire, so pressing the fire button made me use that animation of checking the pistol instead of firing, but when that was over and back to normal you obviously, just fire the gun.

I had the exact same question. Was walking behind Panam and i could inspect my pistol while holding the left MB. 60hrs in the game and only had this occur once... verry odd. So yes , a mod would be greatly appreciated !
