LE Spell Crafting Like In Oblivion

I know mods that add more spells exist... but I do not just want any new spell I want to create my own and not in the Creation Kit. I want to give the spell a cool name and look for materials to make more spells, mix the schools of magic, unlock more effects for that spell (maybe by learning a spell and using its effect or by purchasing or filling unique black soul gems with the soul of a greedy man, lustful women, pure soul... extra. Just some way to make adding a property to your spell an adventure). I know I'm not the only person who wants this; consanguinity, without a mod like the one I am talking about, I will be unable to do this. :( somone please bring back spellcrafting.
