Can't find Skyrim anymore

As the title say, when i launch Vortex, i can't mange my skyrim mod the weirdest part is that I could just fine earlyier in the day, when I launch skyrim with steam all the mod still there but I can't put more mod in my game.

Please send help. (I use skyrim LE if that can help)

Apparently I need an extention for skyrim,

so now the question is where can I find this extention?
