kado92
I think this has something to do with the "ArchiveInvalation".Because I had this kind of a problem even though I only had only a couple of mods running and after I erased the "ArchiveInvalation" I haven't had those problems anymore. But the problem is that a lot of mods still need the "AI" S.S.A.L sorry for the bad english OK so this "ArchiveInvalation" is found where?? because it isnt anyhere in my fallout.ini file and no where else in the Bethesda folders... Do i need to make one,, download one,, or what should i do
SirSmokeALot
Its a txt-file, located in your Fallout3 folder but its only there when you put it there for a mod. But  Sorry my mistake. I don't think it will solve the problem because its mostly used for texture replacements and you only had 3 weapons with new models.I'm not quite sure but I think I also looked for unused textures and erased them to solve the problem. Sorry it didn't help S.S.A.L

SirSmokeALot
In the ReadMe-file of Vashs DDragon he said to change the value "bInvalidateOlderFiles" from 0 to 1 in both Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini. My FalloutPrefs.ini didn't have a "bInvalidateOlderFiles Entry but maybe some have. And did you change the fallout.ini in the "Programs\Bethesda softworks\Fallout3" or "my documents\my games\fallout 3"-directory. Because some made that mistake you need to change the one in "my documents\my games\fallout 3"

kado92
Then I guess there we have the problem you need to change the one in your appdata or my documents\my games\fallout 3 folder. Ok lets go back so i know whats going on.... I already changed the bInvalidateOlderFiles from 0 to 1 where i have my appdata... there are no other files called "FalloutPref.ini" or "ArchiveInvalation" anywhere on my HardDrive (so I may need some one to e-mail me the files)... the path to the dds files and spelling all seems correct... Re-Installing makes no difference...
SirSmokeALot
There should be two "Fallout.ini" on your hard-drive, one in the folder where you installed the game like "programs\bethesda...\Fallout3" and one in a different folder like "my documents\my games\fallout 3" (in that folder are also your savegames) and this is where you need to change the .ini-file. Well, I guess I could send you the file but its useless aslong you don't find the right folder. Man I'm out of ideasBut I still think you should search the folder where your saves(and hopefully the ini-file) are at#Good Luck
