Use a Hex editor (HxD is good) to modify Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/content/basegame_4_gamedata.archive Change every "underwear" to "underwe_r" (no quotations) Should be able to see player nude no underwear in photo mode and in the mirror, no spaming pants needed.
