Wrye Bash warning: Unrecognized Versions/unrecognized header versions.

I recently started playing Fallout 4. I am playing the GOTY edition on PC. After a while I wanted to add some mods. I used Wyre bash as it worked great for other Bethesda games.

At first it worked fine, but then I tried to install Diamond City Expansion mod and I kept getting the error

 

Wrye Bash Warnings: The following warnings were found: Unrecognized Versions Diamond City Expansion*.esp* and when I hover over it, it says "The following mods have unrecognized header versions."

 

I ignored it and activated the esp it says its active in the organizer, but when I look at the mods in the game, they are somehow disabled. I had the same problem with other mods We Are the Minute Men and Diamond city Vendors. I contacted the creator of the We are the Minute Men Mod and he told me that he had no idea what was going on. Why do some mods work fine, but others show this error? If anyone can help me? I would appreciate it.
