dachompchomp Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 well i had to reset my computer a few weeks ago and i lost all my files, well i had been using NVSE and i re downloaded it but when i go to use the NVSE loader it says it cannot detect FalloutNV.exe. and its there they are both in the same spot and its not letting me load my fallout with nvse, how can i fix this id love some help. ive tried re downloading nvse and that didn't work i even went and uninstalled FNV completely and re download it and it still didn't work, any suggestions? SMB92 Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 Try running as administrator. You probably already have though. Weird problem for sure, must have done something wrong somewhere... So you 100% sure that NVSE_loader.exe is in the same root folder as FalloutNV.exe? Maybe try quickly opening FalloutLauncher.exe, and closing it, that works for FNVedit not finding the reg key, but I think NVSE doesn't work like that. Try anyway just to be certain. dachompchomp Posted March 13, 2013 Author Share Posted March 13, 2013 i uninstalled and redownloaded NV and somehow i deleted 2 folders that had the same name as two others minus the .exe. and that messed it up so its fixed thanks though!!!
