Waxman22 Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 must be something wrong with my game, i can't find anywhere to raise the difficulty setting....nope, not in my options at startup or in game. is there a console command to make the difficulty setting higher? or is there any file i can edit to raise it? :( (i have sooo many mods installed i really don't want to re-install the whole game for this....i will never be able to get everything back to normal lol)
tmons78 Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 I think it came from one of the official patches from Bethesda. Did you download all of those? If not, get the latest patch, and download it. I could be wrong though, but just give it a try if you haven't.
Waxman22 Posted August 7, 2003 Author Posted August 7, 2003 ty tmons....i looked into that patch you are referring to and came up with an old one called Morrowind_v1.1.0605.exe ....kinda strange that the difficulty slider was not included when i updated to the newest morrowind patch a few days ago. this makes me wonder what other previous features i may not have since i hadn't patched Morrowind in quite some time (until this latest patch). i just hope i can install the v1.1.0605 still after updating to the newest version :unsure:
