skyrim footsteps bug?

i was playing skyrim and noticed that my footsteps don't stop when in falling or when i jump with my weapons in my hand, this footage is modded but stays even when i disable all my mods, can i have some help? (heres the footage:

i was using Audio Overhaul for skyrim too, i uninstalled that to make sure, someone said to me that this can be caused by Combat Evolved so i uninstalled that too, if i need to uninstall my game, can i "export" my mods to my new game? ty :D
