I agree, more joytoys, and brothels (Don't know the game term for them)
this could be a huge mod for people.
I may not use them, but it would be more realistic.
also, strip clubs and strippers.

Agreed. There is sex marketing all over the city. You are basically tripping over it 1/2 the time. Why are there not more options to be banging any hooker (and possibly others) that you come across? Hell if you are doing an evil play through why not an option to demand sex during quests as part of your payment for doing the job?

This whole area is a source of massive disappointment given the hype and the supposedly adult nature of a futuristic cyberpunk city. The game is so vanilla it is embarrassing and interaction (of any type) with NPCs is limited to scripted game progression and missions. The whole thing is dead, and now we have fully clothed club and window dancers after they censored the game even after launch... ridiculous, highly disappointed in so many aspects of this game. What have they been doing in the last 10 years to only have so little interactivity... I guess once Keanu got his hands into this, the whole thing was about him and the content fidelity went down the drain.

It's understandable that CDPR is not trying to create a porn element to the game; but it's year 2020. With such a big open world game, how could there not be a few options for the joy toys? Example; being able to choose your interactivity with the prostitute would be favorable. Maybe it shouldn't just jump straight to the cut scene. Being able to follow them back to an apartment and choosing what you'd like to engage in would be more entertaining.

Digging around in the archives and even looking around in-game. It appears this game was supposed to be a lot more "spicy" had it been completed when it was launched.

 

To answer your question. I can think of a few ways it might be possible to add more functional joy toys to the game but it wouldn't be easy as of now. "Adult" mods, in general, are going to have to wait until we get the proper tools to extract/edit/import certain files in the game. Animations being the big one. CDPR seems to support WolvenKit so it's only a matter of time.
