spligitmoose Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 As you may have noticed in your travels in the wastes, there are various wharfs and quays along the river with boats moored at them. On further inspection I discovered that some of the boats have motors sitting in the back of them, and rudders/props on the outside. So I got to thinking about a mod that lets you fix a boat then use it to fast travel up and down the river in the fashion of the gondoliers of ye olde Morrowind. As I have no idea how to script such a thing, I thought I'd give you lot the inspiration to have a red hot go at it. It's worth noting that up and down the river there are dried up bits, or fallen down bridges, so you'd have to set where each boat can and can't go too. Good luck! It would be great if you could drive the boat your self like motorcycles in that mod by J3X. Pilotable big riverboat from Point Lookout would be a dream come true.
