Skyrim SE FNIS stupid dance

I'm pretty sure all my other mods are fine. But for some reason every time I go into an inn or somewhere to drink and eat, everybody does this ridiculous dance where they wiggle like worms or some crap. I don't know what the heck is going on and I was hoping if any of you guys could take a look at my load order and find the culprit?
