LE Hair and Skirt Request

I was wondering if someone would like to do two small projects for me. I don't need them right away, and there's no rush. If you would like to do it, I would really appreciate it. :)

 

First I would like this hairstyle:

The Indian decoration the side isn't totally necessary, a simple ring decoration to hold the skirt together is fine. :)
