MShoap13
Sounds like a hardware issue to me. Most likely over-aggressive overclock settings but possibly defective Memory/MoBo/CPU.

MShoap13
http://www.memtest86.com/ is pretty well known. You'd need to let it run for some time. If it get's errors at all in that, something's not right. If you have multiple sticks of memory and you get errors, redo the test with one stick in at a time to see if you can narrow it down to just one stick or just one SDRAM channel. One stick regardless of channel means it's the stick itself, any stick in the same slot means it's most likely the mobo, any stick in any slot means it's most likely the memory controller on the CPU.Make sure you read the documentation that comes with MemTest for detailed instructions and whatnot. A lot of people run MemTest alongside either Prime95 (more common) or FoldingAtHome (less common). This may or may not speed up how fast MemTest can detect a problem. Alternatively, you could try the Windows Memory Diagnostic. It's not as thorough a running MemTest for hours on end, but if you have a major issue, it should catch it.
