I'll be brief here but you can get far more from a search. Azura's star is a re-usable soul gem. The Cave of the Incarnate is best not entered until you have to as part of the main quest. Search will give you details of the reference to the star. If you can't get answers with the search PM me and I'll help point you to the references. In the meantime I'm locking the thread.
