[MOD REQUEST] FOV increase

Can someone please help me find what command line would allow us to increase the FOV to our preference in SYSTEM.XML file in the SETTINGS folder (it has to be there that this problem can be addressed). There is a FOV MOD on PCGW.com by Rose but that does not properly address the problem, it backs the camera from the character but what we need is to stretch the degree of his peripheral vision. Backing the camera helps but it's not ideal at all.

There has to be a command line for that, all other settings can be addressed in the xml file, the FOV should be accessible with the right command line as well. tried everything but I'm not good enough..
