Floors/Walls Vanish Depending on Where I Look?

Basically in Proudspire Manor, when I download any mod that changes the building, walls/ floors vanish and reappear depending on where I look.

 

Seems fine in the house without mods.

 

Don't have any other mods changing Proudspire Manor so I doubt it's a conflit but here is my load order anyway:

Really want to live in a modded version of Proudspire so hopefully someone knows of a fix.
