Blue Mountains SHOULD Be Simple

Basically, the mountains in vanilla New Vegas and every weather mod currently out for it turns the mountains either brown or white, which is completely unrealistic. The one exception to this is Western Sky, which hasn't been updated since 2011, and it makes them purple.
