You see, I have the Black Widow perk, and when I got near Mr. Burke (In moryarities), he started to talk to me (what he possibly did to you too), and then I chose as an answer that I lived in Megaton too, and that he maybe didn't want to kill me too (it was the Black Widow Perk), and he answered that he never met such a woman like me, and that I should wait for his summons. Stewb Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 Information on Mr. Burke can be found Here. It seems he sends you love letters, so check your notes section, you may have them. Not exactly sure myself how you get them, i usually report him to simms then kill him before he shoots Simms.
