Slow downloads on large files (EU Servers)

Hello. Large files seem to be downloading very slowly currently on EU download servers. Files that are a few hundred MB in size are downloading at 20-30KB/s. Small files (tested an 11MB file) seem to still be downloading quickly.

Based on server test files it seems to be the Amsterdam/Prague servers having the issues?
