Quesion about make-up mods

hi all. quick question. my girlfriend would like to make a character and start her own game, problem is, she really wants to use one of the make up mods. i dont really want to use them since i feel like the people in the game should be a little grungy and makeup-less. is there anyway to just have the mod work for created characters or as one of the preset faces? im not good with mods but i do know how to go into the geck and change mods that i download, so if its as easy as editing the makeup mod i can handle that...thanks

Would have to make a custom race and set it to playable. Then put the makeup texture for the custom race.
