TimeAndAgain Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 Gonna make this short. A new shout, which mimics the Greybeards voices when they officially welcomed the Dragonborn. The shout forces EVERYONE in the vicinity to recoil, and do the action of surrendering as if staggering trying to get up.
