Mods not showing up in mod loader

I'm using vortex and it's allowing me to download and install the mods. The mods are seen as installed and enabled but on the load order page the mods aren't there. I have tried reinstalling the mods and that did not work.

 

I've tried refreshing and the deploy mods button doesn't seem to do anything. Any help?

 

Edit: sorry, deploy did nothing as I missed a user dialog that asked for permissions, im alright now. I dont mind a mod deleting this.
