NPC Mesh Location(s)?

I've been using CP77Tools to try to find the meshes and I can't for the life of me figure out where they are. I've extracted basegame_4_appearances, basegame_4_gamedata, and basegame_4_animations, and nothing. Tons of buffer files, a few rigs, but no meshes. My ultimate goal is to scale the NPC meshes down so that they no longer tower over V. Alternately, if anyone has any idea how to bump up the first person camera, that'd work, too.
