I installed an ENB (stock ENB; the one directly from the ENBDev website), but I encountered a strange bug: http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/1656/falloutnv20130315173818.jpg This bug only shows up if I look east. Anyone have any idea why this occurs. I have AA and AF off in-game and in NVIDIA Control Panel. All the ENBs I've tried produce this so far. Anyone know why this occurs?
