Skyrim Unleashed and other realism / immersion mods.

Hello. First of all sorry if this is not the right place to talk about this, I just assumed it would be. :)

I'm still struggling with my first playthrough of Skyrim and the reason is the modding disease that's spreading throughout my system. I recently stumbled upon Skyrim Unleashed and decided to try and build my whole Skyrim experience around it. I was wondering if anyone around here would have any recommendations of mods that enhance realism and immersion of the world of Skyrim that are compatible and go well with Skyrim Unleashed.

I'm playing (well, pretending to play) a stealth assassin / archer / thief kinda character. I used Path of Shadows and ABT before and I'm not sure how these affect SU. Not really willing to part my ways with Sneak Tools, but I don't think there's any conflict here. I'd like to try Realistic Needs and Diseases (kinda worried about the "diseases" bit here) and Frostfall (which should be fine). Immersive Patrols seems to not go all that well with SU I guess, while Warzones is just flat not recommended.

So maybe I should just ask the question / post the request in a clear way - I'm looking for mods enhancing realism and immersion in general, but the "base" here is Skyrim Unleashed + Duel and the stealth and archery focus of my character. And while I like realism I'd like to avoid thinking about balanced diet and working out. ;)

I tried Realistic Needs and Diseases and its a good mod but I found some of its effects somewhat game grippling. Limping around with progressively developing rockjoint may be immersive but it certainly wasn't any fun. I use Total Realism Overhaul- Basic Needs instead. Frostfall is awesome but you've already mentioned that.

You could have a look at ASIS I really enjoyed that. Duel Combat-Realism is really great too, makes it a little harder for stealth characters since the enemy will continue to search for you but its really good.

Is Skyrim Unleashed any good? The reason I ask is that I typically use ACE or SkyRe but I liked the sound of Unleashed.

Thanks for that rockjoint comment, that's the kind of opinions I'm looking for.

I'm already using Duel, and SU highly recommends using it anyway. Will get ASIS too, forgot about it.

Not sure if Skyrim Unleashed is any good just yet, because I'll really have to play with it a lot to have any kind of informed opinion but so far it seems to be working for me.

Seriously, nobody here has any experience with SU?
