PillowLad Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 Here is the basis of my predicament: I completed "The Fallen" by capturing Odahviing. I know on my previous play-through, a floating marker lay above a guards head up the staircase to release him. However, he wasn't there, and pulling the lever myself did not seem to work. I have progressed enough in the Civil-war quest, so Vignar Grey-Mane is the jarl. When I finish dialogue with the captured Odahviing, Vignar comes up to me, but with no unique speech options, only the basic lines, not related to progression of the quest, as they were before.
