The downgrade is very strong, basically turning a really cool strobe effect into a weakly glowing night light. Sadly, CDPR failed to make this downgrade optional, punishing the entire player base by doing so. Since the good original effect was already in the game, it should be possible to restore, once identified. A mod that does this would be highly appreciated, making BD sequences cool again.
