Can i have both skyrim enhanced shaders and realisitic lighting? and o

*and other lighting mods* to finish the title

Im following gophers skyrim mod sanctuary(im new to modding) and he has the enhanced shaders(currently) but im using realistic lighting without post processing. I was wondering if these mods clashed with each other.
