Infinite loading screen

I have a problem where occasionally when I fast travel I get an ILS. I haven't modded anything before so it's possible I messed up the load order or something. It may be worth pointing out that I did have Open Cities Skyrim installed at one point, but that caused a bunch of other problems so I uninstalled it. Not sure what else to put here, let me know if you need more information.
