Logged into my account here but cant log into mod manager. "Account Locked"

Bought premium sub because I was planning to redo my mod install. Payment processing on nexus end seemed to take a while so I figured I might aswell set my other stuff up. Couldnt log into anything however im still able to use my profile on here. Then It said my account was locked, no further explanation or email given. Now I cant log into anything.

 

Im really angry at the fact that I got zero notice of what the hell happened. Tried to reset my password but the email wont show up. Is this normal procedure for your payment process?

 

Edit: Solved itself eventually. Still an extremly confusing process, especially considering the specific password requirments.
