Is there away for followers kills to give player XP?

Is there away for followers kills to give player XP? I've been trying to figure this out using the GECK but I'm having no luck.

Anyone have a clue?

well, as long as you do the majority of the damage to the target, it doesnt matter who kills him, you'll get the xp.

 

ie with the blackhawk, just tag him once in the head, and there goes over 1/2 the life, then let the squaddies take him down.

 

that way you rightfully get credit for the kill, and you can take pleasure in the fact that you actually did something to take him down.
