need help with mod list

am new to modding without the help of steam workshop, here's me mod list that I wanted to use I tried them all and the game wouldn't launch but will launch with the ones that are active now but will only run for about 20 minutes before crashing. I have checked and these mods they say there up to date is it my mod load order idk but any help would be much appreciated.Thanks
