Skyrim freezes randomly and i have no clue why...

Hi Nexus,

 

after finishing my new pc-build i decided to re-play skyrim again and since i now have a decent gpu also to mod the s*** out of it. I installed all mods on a clean sykrim install before even starting the game the first time and after managing my load order with BOSS it went surprisingly smooth and stable - for the first 2 hours. After having constant 60 fps the game froze out of nothing somewhere in the wilds and i couldnt do ANYTHING anymore, not even ctrl alt del worked and i had to force the pc to shutdown. Since then the game crashes almost every time (with 2 exceptions out of ~15 sessions) i play, within a timerange between 15 mins and 2 h. I also noticed that it seems to crash faster when i restart the pc after a first crash and try to continue playing.

Here are the things i already tried:

 

-Monitoring GPU Temp and Memory: Max 60°C and mostly max. 2 GB used out of my 3GB 7970 Ghz -> probably not the issue

-Cleaning dirty edits with TES5edit (Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm and Dragonborn.esm). It also suggested to clean ClimatesofTamriel but the author said it wouldnt be necessary.

-Looked trough the Forum Topics of several mods for someone who has the same problem, but found nothing

-Installed Wrye Bash and letting it create a BashPatch

 

None of them helped and i dont know what to do anymore. I´d really like to prevent the testing of every single mod with the trial and error way because it would consume much time. So here is a list of my mods and the load order, maybe someone finds the issue. Thanks in Advance !!
