[Help needed] Make NPC loop idle + ignore combat?

Alright, having some difficulty here.

 

I've set up to have an NPC interact with shackles on a wall using the scene-thingy. The NPC hooks up to the wall no problem. The problem, however, is when the player enters combat with nearby NPCs (bandits). My NPC suddenly falls down from the shackles as if she was set free by the player.

 

That is not what I am wanting to do; I want the NPC to ignore the world around it (I.E, stays shackled and ignores fights 'n' such) but be able to converse with the player via dialogue when activated by the player, eventually being set free by the player.

 

 

Any tips?
