How do you remove key/purchase requirements from player home mods?

Actually, I was able to use Champollion to decompile the pex, edited the psc and used CK to get it back to pex and then repack everything into a bsa. I was afraid I would break something but I just had a quick look and everything seems to be working....textures, NPCs, etc. all appear to be functioning properly so hopefully I didn't screw anything up. And...now I have Winterstone Castle available as an accessible player home from the start, without costing anything. So thank you guys SO much for the help! It feels good to learn how to tweak this stuff for my own use, so I really appreciated it! :-)

Well...apparently, CK can burn in the eternal fires because whatever it produced took an absurdly long time and created a mess, while the tool you linked to took a matter of seconds and everything is working properly now. Thank you so much once again!
