It defaulted to the rest of the servers, failed every time, then told me the servers were busy. Tried another server, same thing happened. I downloaded several mods immediately before and after, so the problem isn't on my end. It looks like this is only happening with Part 1 of FWE. Originally attempted to download with NMM, but the download just loop-canceled. Can someone else try to download it? See if I'm the only one having this problem?
