[Mod Request] Change which "skin" is applied to the cars we own. In order to change it's appearance

So I've seen that for clothing it is possible to change which "VERSION" of material or clothing are tied to certain tags. Well for vehicles there are tons of each type of car, but we have access only to the specific "Skin" set as the default. Is there a way to take the skin from say a BLUE car labeled car_detail_02 and copy that file, and replace the regular silver car labeled car_detail_01 for example. So when we load the game the car will show up to us as having the blue skin.

 

The values above are just made up to kind of show what I am saying. I guess if you found all the colors and values you could scrap together a pre-game mod that you choose which skin to wrap your cars in, so that when you summon them the ones you want are applied, but that's super complicated and would take a lot of time.

 

I just want to know where the files/names for the vehicle skins/colors are, and if I or someone else can try swapping some files to see if we can get the car skins we see driving around Night city.
