Using the lvl uncapper -- good or bad?

Hello all,

I've been playing Fallout3 since it first came out. One of the first modifications that was released by users was a Level uncapper. I'm using the one that uncaps to lvl30, and I'm currently @ lvl24 now. I just read that the Downloadable Content package due in March will raise the level cap. I was just wondering if, in everyones opinion, is using the user-mod lvl uncapper a good idea? i like lvling up past lvl20, but it makes the game so easy I had to change the difficulty to hard, and im thinking of putting it up to ultra hard. Does anyone know if there will be any issues about my character when the DLC package comes out? i guess I can use cheats/console commands to de-level me back down to 20...anyway, any opinions/advice/etc would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Joe

Neither bad or good .. depends on what mods using with the game esp in relations to perks, extra spawns and so on. Some of them make the game more challenging and 'in my view' going above 20 then is needed to give player better odds of living.

As to what coming in DLC, that could make it a woopsie depending on how leveling is done.

I don't see what the big deal is either way.

It isn't like you can't start over once the DLC comes out. I like being able to play up past 20, but not by much. I don't know how many times I've played through this game. Being that is SP it isn't like losing a WOW character or something.
