Main Quest (The Way of the Voice) Super Bugged.

Hi All, I have been modding now for over 5 years however I have encountered this bug and it has occurred to me that I have not dealt with anything like this before. I would normally just create a fresh modless game and activate and deactivate mods one by one to identify exactly what causes the bug however this bug involves only the Way of the Voice which means I would have to playthrough to that quest every time I switch mods around. I am clueless as to how to fix this or debug this and work out what may be causing it, however to me it looks like invalid characters i.e. some mod has change the language of the quest journal to an alphabet I do not have installed. Any suggestions on what to google or where to start with fixing this would really really help.

Solved: The cause is 4th Unknowns Kwama Creatures Mod. I believe it is changing the skyrim journal Language to russian and therefore the cyrillic alphabet which the english version of skyrim either does not support or I do not have the language pack installed, this results in unrecognised characters and creates the odd character strings displayed in the attached image.
