CharGen Presets Unavailable Problem - Help please.

So, I started to re-mod Skyrim taking it really slow, and being careful. However I ran into a pretty simple looking problem that I haven't found any solutions to. When I open up Racemenu and go to the Presets tab, the message "CharGen Unavailable" in the top left corner greets me and no presets installed through NMM shows up. I made sure to install SKSE carefully, even using the installer to make sure I did it right. My Load order is only:

 

1. Skyrim

2. Update

3. Dawnguard

4. Hearthfire

5. Dragonborn

6. SkyUI

7. Racemenu

8. RacemenuPlugin

9. Alternate Start

 

I have no idea where I am going wrong, any help is appreciated.
