NMM problem with plugins. Please help.

So I downloaded some graphic enhancement mods from RealVision and they all seemed to work the first time I downloaded them. They showed up in my plugins and what not but then I downloaded another mod and launched the game and a lot of my mods weren't working. So I uninstalled skyrim and NMM and re-installed them both hoping it would fix my troubles. When everything was done I started fresh and downloaded 1 mod and installed it and not even that mod is showing up in my plugins. Some old mods are still showing up in my plug ins even though i un installed everything though and I found that odd. Help to fix this issue would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Any little help that could lead me in the right direction is appreciated.

I would do the following:

Uninstall skyrim, make sure the folder is empty/gone.

Install skyrim.

Uninstall NMM, make sure the folder is empty or competely gone.

Install NMM in a different named folder and make sure the paths of the settings are set correctly.

Start skyrimlauncher.exe in your skyrim installation directory, make changes.

Start NMM as admin and download some mod. Install the mod. Start skyrim check if mod is working.

Check with skyrimlauncher.exe data files if the mod is recognized.

 

If old mods show up the uninstall didnt worked obviously.

I installed Immersive armor and it doesn't even show up as a plug in. I know some mods don't because they are just re textures but this mod adds completely new armor why is it not showing up in my plugins?
