Collision/physics bug?

Hey Nexus.

After a couple of months, I fired up Skyrim again, this time with the new DLC, some new mods and with a brand new savegame. I played in Skyrim and got to about lvl 25 before I went to check out the content of the new expansion, Dragonborn.

Well, something's seriously messed up. In many interiors (especially Apocrypha), my characters gets bugged up and gets thrown around and "teleported" strangely. This makes the game unplayable. I can't remember experiencing this occuring when I played in Skyrim, but I do remember objects flying around and making incredibly annoying sounds whenever I entered an interior or moved an object. This is also happening in Dragonborn. It was quite unbearable.

Well, I've been sitting down for 7 hours now trying to figure out the problem. I tried disabling all mods. I tried deleting all mods. I tried creating a new savegame to test a buggy interior out. I even did a fresh uninstall/reinstall of the game. But the problem persists. I now don't have a single idea what to do. I uploaded a video on YouTube with an example of one of my encounters with this. Clean install, fresh savegame, no mods. Only Dragonborn installed.

I'd really appreciate if you watched the video, guys! I'm quite desperate.

the way I kept from falling through the moving bridge was by jumping all the time. The sounds are part of Apocrypha. I don't know of a permanent fix though

Oh, so this happened to you too? Yeah, I don't mean those sounds. It's like, when I enter certain interiors, clutter, weapons and all objects just fly around, causing annoying sounds as they fly back and forth in the room.

These symptoms are similar to the ones because of VSync disabled.

As you mention a fresh install, check your CG driver first and enable VSync if it is not.

Also, you may look at skyrim.ini (or SyrimPrefs.ini, can't remember): iPresentInterval should NOT be set at 0 in Display section (But default is 1 for a fresh install, so...)

Last: look at your Skyrim/Data folder for any .ini file. To my knowledge, there should not be any .ini file there. Move it/them to a temporary backup place as a test (even if name is dragonborn.ini).

Your help is greatly appreciated. Will definitely test when I get home.
