Bump.

Had a discussion today with a friend of mine WHY the Frekk i would want this.

Early games like fallout 1/2 and Deus Ex had the possibility to kill every NPC; even children and animals. Did this change anything? No, it did not. Did I go around killing children and animals in the game? Yes, yes I did. When I went for a kill all and everything run.

Did it get old fast? Yes, yes it did. Playing the psychopath in games is fun in the beginning, then gets old fast. I find it much more fun going the non-lethal pacifist hard mode run. (To state the obvious, no I don't feel good killing civilians and animal in game)

So WHY do I need to have the ability to kill children in games? It has nothing to do with perversion, or the hatred of children. It boils down to artistic censorship. Games as an artform.

If you don't believe they are that it's ok. But I look at movies, books, games etc. as art. The art of escape-ism.

I connect to a different plane of exitance trough reading, watching movies or playing video games to get away from this world. But when rules from reality is superimposed into these artforms I return back very miffed.

Just like many people don't like forced gender politics in their games that never had it to begin with.

It's a feeling of being invaded by "normies" who don't play video games and really don't understand them. And are governing the majority vote what art is, censoring things they don't understand.

I am a really old Millennial so I have been gaming since the 80-s.

It's an age old tale that violent and sex in games has been scapegoats for the real problems with society. I am getting old and tired of this argument and I wish for it to be over.

TLDR: make this mod. Skyrim has it, so should CP2077.
