Why I get implants is to compensate for certain deficiencies in the body. If not, remove the requirements, at least soften them a bit.

You are weak? Here, have an implant. You are strong like a bull? Don't need one. What is an implant good for that restores 80% of your health when you already are a tank? This is just stupid. I understand the decision about netrunner ware. You can't use such advanced cyberware if you are dumb as a rock. But all implants regarding bodily functions should be compensating not the other way around.
