Reinstalled game and all mods, new save corrupts when loading.

So, after about 3 years, I reinstalled SSE and downloaded all my old mods that I used with the character I was playing. The only new additions were SKSE64 and USSEP, the second being an attempt to fix the issue since a mod needed a file within it. I corrected any missing .esp files when loading the old save, I also tried loading a different area and then saving but it still corrupts. I still have the drive it was originally installed on and all the files within it, so I don't have to worry about losing anything. This also means I have all the original mod files as well, maybe try moving everything from the old Data folder into the new one? Just a thought, anything helps, I am pretty much blind here.

Did you clean the new SSE files using the -quickautoclean method with SSEEdit? If not, look it up.
