LE Red Wave mod request

Hello, I am new to this site, and new to PC gaming as well. I apologize in advance if what I am requesting has already been done, or if what I am requesting is not possible. Here it goes:

 

I would like to make the Red Wave ship in the harbor of Solitude a player home, remove all NPCs, make all beds, and chests player owned. If the name can be changed to "Raider" that would be great, but not needed. I am not looking to add an icon on the world map, or mark it to be able to fast traveled to. I am not worried about the Dark Brotherhood quest that could not be completed from this mod because I always choose to destroy the Dark Brotherhood.

 

I thought about doing this myself, but when I started getting into the Creation Kit I realized that I am out of my league when it comes to modding. I am still learning, but outside of creating NPCs I am horrible at this. Any tips, help, and guidance is greatly appreciated.

 

Whatever your thoughts are, good, bad, or anything in between just let me know.

Should be easy enough, since you don't care about the related quest. No offense though; I've taken small requests like this in the past, and usually the person who requests it loses interest within a day. So far, I haven't had a single person actually respond to my messages or download the mod (as far as I know) when their request is finished (always within 1-3 days), so I'm wary about wasting my time helping anyone. If you send me a message to follow up on this post, I'll happily make the mod for you. If you don't send a message, I'll assume you don't care much and I won't do it.
