bigger/new muzzleflash and more muzzlesmoke

hi,

 

as long as i´m still working on actual and older projects, i started searching for some information about the muzzleflashes and the muzzlesmoke. with normal search here, in the geck wicki and normal google i just found information about the bullet projectile, but absolute nothing about the flashes or even the smoke. does someone have any information how i could correctly change or replace or modify these effects? (and where can i even find them in the geck?)

maybe edit the textures and add a new texture list in the geck.

 

don't know if the smoke is just textures or what though.

i checked this during the afternoon and now i can simply modify the muzzleflash with nifscope (just duplicate the areas and resize, works excellent) and change the textures.

 

but no sign of the smoke that ,for example, comes up with the miniguns when fireing. nothing in the texture, nothing i saw in the muzzleflash nif and nothing in geck i was able to find at the bullet or muzzleflash or even the lighning of the flash.

 

further ideas?

i checked everything in geck now, but it is really confusing for me as a modeller....i´m not a script man :P

 

we got a flamer effect script with particle effects for smoke (smoke01) and flames (flames01). the script for that is linked to flamermagiceffects. that links to the script flamernormaleffectscript which AGAIN links back to flamernormalmagiceffect. at this point the line seems to end cause the script is not used anywhere (i could find) for the flamers. on the other side it does not look better. we got an enchflamer effect as object effect and the flame projectile too ends in the nowhere.

 

i cant figure out where the flamer effects are linked to the flamer itself :E
