Ghost Aura bug - screen glitch

Hey all,

 

I'm having a strange issue when any ghost appears in the same cell as me. The screen gradually becomes the same color as the aura surrounding the ghosts until my entire screen blues out. It is especially noticeable in Rannveigs Fast (see screenshot) and, most annoyingly, in the initial Greybeard quests where they have you hit ghost targets with Unrelenting force. For some reason this glitch makes those ghosts invulnerable to Unrelenting force and I can no longer progress in the main quest.

 

I am running both Dragonborn and Dawnguard off a steam version of Skyrim - fully updated. I use the newest release of SKSE (03/22/13) and the Uncapper and my mod list and load order follows.

Basically I'm looking for either a fix or a console command to help me advance in the main quest. I'm gonna start disabling things and see where it gets me.

EDIT: It appears the issue was with SkyRE - I updated it to its latest version (0.99.23.5) and my problem with the main quest line was gone. This may have also been resolved by exiting and restarting the game.
