[REQ] Switch key function between weapon wheel and holster weapon.

Would like to see a mod that switches the key funktion between weapon wheel and holster weapon so that you dubble tap the key to open the weapon wheel and hold hold down the key to holster weapon.

Or if anyone can tell me how to do it so i can do it my self.
